NATAS Holidays 2012 Promotion Terms and Conditions

 

1. “Promotion” refers to the NATAS Holidays 2012 promotion.

2. The promotion period is from 24 August 2012 to 26 August 2012, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period").

3. Citibank Credit Cardmembers who charge their transaction to their Citibank Credit Card (“Transaction”) at the NATAS Holidays 2012 fair, held at the Singapore Expo Halls 3B, 4 & 5, during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive promotional prices on their travel packages and a free gift as follows:

(i) A limited edition foldable travel bag when their Transaction is at least $800 (Limited to first 200 redemptions per day);

(ii) Cabin size New Yorker trolley luggage when their Transaction is at least $2,800 (Limited to first 300 redemptions per day);

(iii) 24 inch New Yorker trolley luggage when their Transaction is at least $3,800 (Limited to first 400 redemptions per day); or

(iv) 28 inch New Yorker trolley luggage when their Transaction is at least $5,800 (Limited to first 200 redemptions per day);

(v) Additional passport holders limited to 1 per Cardmember with every redemption made. (Limited to first 500 redemptions per day)

4. NATAS redemption terms and conditions apply. Prices are quoted per person, unless otherwise stated.

5. The redemption of the gifts stated in Paragraph 3 can be made at the Citibank booth at the NATAS Holidays 2012 fair (booth number [B05]). Each Cardmember will only receive one gift regardless of the number of transactions made. The transaction amounts stated in 3(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) must be set out on a single receipt.

6. The gifts in Paragraph 3 are on a first-come-first-serve basis and are while stocks last. Citibank may at its absolute discretion at any time replace or substitute the gift with any other gift of equal value as selected by Citibank.

7. Citibank is not the supplier of the products and/or services. The products and/or services are subject to additional terms and conditions of the supplier.

8. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.

9. Airport taxes and fuel surcharges quoted are subject to change due to currency fluctuation.

10. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without any notice.

11. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.
