Itinerary:

DAY 1 SINGAPORE – CHRISTCHURCH (Meals on Board)
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Christchurch.

DAY 2 CHRISTCHURCH – LAKE TEKAPO (Buffet Dinner)
Upon arrival, embark on a city tour to Canterbury Museum for photo–taking opportunities and head to the famous Cashmere Hills for fine views of Christchurch, which is also known as the most English city outside England. Next, enjoy a scenic ride to Mackenzie Country where along the journey, you will be able to capture mesmerising views of Canterbury Plains and Burke’s Pass. Thereafter, visit the Church of the Good Shepherd by the edge of the lovely Lake Tekapo. Note Depending on circumstances, your overnight stay may be outside of the Lake Tekapo region.

Day 3 LAKE TEKAPO – MT COOK NATIONAL PARK – QUEENSTOWN (Breakfast/Chinese Dinner)
After breakfast, head to Mt Cook National Park region where New Zealand’s highest mountain stands. If weather permits, take an optional helicopter ride up to Tasman Glacier at your own expense. You will land on a sparkling white snowfield. Stop over at a fruit orchard in Cromwell to shop for local fruits. Next, visit Goldfields Mining Centre for a fascinating insight into the country’s gold–mining heritage. Thereafter, stop at the banks of the Kawarau River where you may go for an optional jet– boating adventure at your own expense. Continue to Queenstown, a town nestled by Lake Wakatipu.

DAY 4 QUEENSTOWN (Breakfast)
Spend the day at leisure. You may join an optional tour to the ruggedly beautiful Milford Sound, a World Heritage Site, or try horseback riding and white–water rafting at your own expense.

DAY 5 QUEENSTOWN – ARROWTOWN – WANAKA – FOX GLACIER (Breakfast/Western Dinner)
Arrowtown is surrounded by The Remarkables mountains, making it a perfect stop to enjoy the view and explore this beautiful town. Formed by massive glaciers over 10,000 years ago, Lake Wanaka and Hawea lay side by side, presenting an incomparable alpine panorama. Travel through Haast Pass before you arrive at Westland Tai Poutini National Park to see the famous Fox Glacier. Note Depending on circumstances, the visit to Fox Glacier may be substituted with a visit to Franz Josef Glacier depending on circumstances.

DAY 6 FOX GLACIER – PUNAKAIKI – GREYMOUTH (Breakfast/Buffet Dinner)
This morning, travel to Hokitika to visit a glassblowing studio and a greenstone centre where you will be able to shop for beautiful ornaments. Next, visit the magnificent marine reserve at Punakaiki, best known for its unusual Pancake Rocks which resembles giant grey pancakes. Continue your tour to the west coast town of Greymouth.

DAY 7 GREYMOUTH – CHRISTCHURCH (Breakfast/Thai Dinner)
After breakfast, travel along Arthur’s Pass to head back to Christchurch. Upon arrival, visit the International Antarctic Centre to gain insights to the awesome beauty of the Antarctic. View their latest attraction, 4D Extreme Theatre, NZ Penguin Encounter or hop onto the Hagglund to experience a thrilling Antarctic adventure.

DAY 8 CHRISTCHURCH - SINGAPORE (Breakfast/Meals on Board)
If time permits, you can do some last–minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.

DAY 8 CHRISTCHURCH – ROTORUA (Breakfast/Chinese Dinner)
Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Rotorua. Upon arrival, head to Te Puia to view the natural wonderland of bubbling mud pools, erupting geysers and steaming hot springs in Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Valley. Learn about Maori culture at the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute. You may wish to enjoy a relaxing soak in the mineral pools of Polynesian Spa at your own expense. Note Domestic flight to Rotorua is subject to availability and may be routed to Auckland.

DAY 9 ROTORUA (Champagne Breakfast/Hangi Feast)
Take a gondola ride to admire the surrounding panoramic views as you ascend to the top of Mt Ngongotaha. Indulge in an exclusive champagne breakfast amidst the beautiful views of Rotorua at Skyline Skyrides. Next, experience an exhilarating ride on the Luge. The Luge is a fun–filled 1–kilometre–long gravity ride on a cart which is suitable for all ages. Thereafter, stroll through the beautiful Rainbow Springs, home to thousands of trout and native birds. Meet the most popular New Zealand icon, the kiwi bird, at Rainbow Springs. This evening, enjoy a traditionally–cooked hangi feast from earthen ovens and relish in a Maori concert with lively songs and performances.

DAY 10 ROTORUA – MATAMATA – AUCKLAND (Breakfast/Chinese Dinner)
Travel to Matamata to experience the Hobbiton Movie Set and Farm Tour where “The Lord of the Rings” was filmed. See the remnants of the original Hobbiton village and be awed by the picturesque New Zealand farmland. Witness the setting of the movie with a large pine tree by the lake and the surrounding rolling farmland. You will also experience sheep shearing and hand–feeding, and be able to watch the antics of the working dogs. Next, continue to Auckland for a city tour through this cosmopolitan City of Sails. Stop to admire the best views of Auckland Harbour Bridge, one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks, and Victorian buildings at charming Parnell Village.

DAY 11 A UCKLAND – SINGAPORE (Breakfast/Meals on Board)
If time permits, you can do some last–minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
