Much of KLCC is taken up by a mundane park, but there’s no mistaking the grandiosity of the Petronas Towers, the headquarters of it’s namesake, the oil company Petronas. The iconic towers are linked by the sky bridge on the 41st floor.

However, for spectacular views, the Menara KL is an even match for the Petronas Towers. From the tower’s observation deck, fixed binoculars allow you to look in on city life in minute detail, even picking out pedestrians narrowly avoiding being run over as they traverse the streets of Kuala Lumpur. Above the observation deck is the Seri Angkasa revolving restaurant, which serves excellent Malay cuisine. The ticket price also includes admission to a number of attractions in the tower, including an F1 Simulator and an Animal Zone.

Ticketing:
For the Petronas Towers, visitors must queue for a first-come first-serve ticket which gives free access to the bridge. Only a limited number of people are allowed up every day, which means tickets are often sold out by 10am, so get there early in the morning.
